Abstract

Subunits of the 2-oxo-acids dehydrogenase complexes. These include:

  1. a)

    Dihydrolipoamide acetyltransferase (EC 2.2.1.12); the E2 subunit of pyruvate dehydrogenase [1, 2]

  2. b)

    The E2 subunit of branched chain-keto acids dehydrogenase complex, (branched chain 2-oxo-acid dehydrogenase complex) [2]

  3. c)

    The E2 subunit of α-ketoglutarate acid dehydrogenase (2-oxo-glutarate acid dehydrogenase complex) [3]

  4. d)

    Protein X [4]

  5. e)

    PDC-E1α and PDC-E1β [5]
