Abstract

Capacitance measurement performed at 1MHz have been used to on-line, non invasively monitor and possibly control the biomass of long term high density perfused HeLa cells suspension cultures. Perfusion is realized by the combined action of a spin filter and an acoustic resonance retention device coupled together.
