Abstract

The Hamilton function of the harmonic oscillator in one space dimension is given by
$$H(p,q) = \frac{1}{2}\frac{{{{p}^{2}}}}{m} + \frac{1}{2}m{{\omega }^{2}}{{q}^{2}}.$$
