Abstract

In the complex of problems linked to the storage and planned destruction of chemical weapons, to us, the inhabitants of the areas of storage and the future destruction of chemical weapons, the main problem is the problem of safety to the man and the environment. This problem cannot be solved without a preliminary analysis of all possible aspects of the potential damage. In this connection any decision made (or not) relative to the object with chemical weapons implies a preliminary analysis of the potential hazard conditioned by the decision.
