DNA Analysis with Capillary Array Electrophoresis Microplates

  • Conference paper
Micro Total Analysis Systems ’98

Abstract

Microfabricated capillary array electrophoresis systems have been designed, built and tested that can analyze 12, 48 and 96 DNA samples on a single wafer or microplate using individual, 2-fold multiplex and four-fold multiplex injectors. On these microplates, the fragment sizing sample throughput is as fast as 1 sample/s.
