Abstract

All three ING telescopes (at the Roque de los Muchachos Observatory in La Palma) have a suite of CCD detectors; these are reviewed with a presentation of their focal plane requirements. The current status of the RGO programmes of CCD-upgrades is also discussed. We present details of ‘recent’ RGO detector work (since the previous 1993 ESO workshop), together with plans for the future.
