Abstract
Failures in industrial operations or in transportation have a considerable impact on the environment. Some examples include failure of oil pipelines and explosions in the industrial installations. Such failures are especially frequent in industrial zones saturated with dangerous objects. The damage caused depends on the speed of the administrative decision making and liquidation of the emergency. To reduce time, automated emergency systems for decision-making support are required.
