Abstract
Management of environmental quality is a complex but extremely pressing question for the Ural Region where metallurgical and chemical enterprises are concentrated. Regional link is a necessary basic modulus of developing improvement of the territory. Regional data on hygenical information, environmental factors, biological effects and health indices of the population are necessary in order to effectively assess health risks and implement management of the environmental quality.
