Abstract
The macula can be considered as the supreme element of differentiation of the eye. Everything is conditioned to increase its efficiency, as it is through this morphoscopic vision that man achieves the plenitude of his action, in coordination with the hand. The eye and the hand are intimately related. Human balance is conditioned by the symmetry of organs, especially of the eyes. Consequently, the development of the latter leads to a geometrical systematization around the horizontal, vertical or oblique axis (Fig. 1).The precision of vision is due to a specialization of both maculas.
