Abstract

The Republic of Uzbekistan is a sovereign State and pays great attention to the elaboration and realisation of its national technical-scientific and innovation policy, which represents a significant component of the undergoing deep socio-economic transformations in the Republic. This policy is aimed at the creation of organisational conditions and economic-legislative mechanisms for further development of scientific and innovative activities.
