State system, culture, science and enlightenment of Uzbekistan have deep historical roots. Such great personalities as Al Khorezmi, Al Beruni, Abu Ali Ibn Sino, Amir Temur, Ulugbek, Alisher Navoi, works whereof is a property of the whole mankind and serve hereto its welfare lived and created here.
