Abstract
The most frequently measured species were Dunlin, Ringed- & Semipalmated Plover, Turnstone, Redshank and Purple Sandpiper (Fig. 11). This frequency distribution was achieved due to:
-
our selection on species occurring in the E Atlantic flyway, or
-
their close relationship with one of these species, and
-
their relative abundance in the museum collections.
