Abstract

During the course the participants carried out an emission quota trade simulation experiment along the lines of an experiment that was prepared on behalf of the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Ad Hoc Group on Energy Related Climate Issues by Professor Peter Bohm and Björn Carlén at Stockholm University last year among Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden (Bohm, 1997).
