Abstract

ACTION is a 36-month nursing-led European project, involving England, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Portugal, and Sweden. The project started in January, 1997 and is to be completed in December, 1999. The project is funded through the Fourth Framework Telematics Programme for the Disabled and Elderly.
