Abstract

Carbon-Fibre-Reinforced Concrete (CFRC) demonstrates attractive features such as high flexural strength and toughness, resistance to earthquake damage, low drying shrinkage, ability to shield electromagnetic interference, pseudo-strain hardening (PSH) behaviour, i.e. the ability to sustain higher loads even after the concrete cracks.
