Abstract
A process of decommissioning, storage and complex utilization of nuclear submarines has to be accomplished by the required measures on the environmental protection and the nuclear, radiation and ecological safety provision. The basic purpose of these measures is to protect a population and an environment against the harmful effect of an ionizing radiation on people’s health, lives and growing.
