Abstract
By hazard is usually meant the danger (or risk) associated with the impact that one object (or process) exerts upon another, with ensuing harm or damage to one of them. Accordingly, the ecological hazard can be defined as the risk of deterioration of environment quality, living conditions of people, communities, populations of living organisms, species, due to the availability or potential effect of natural or anthropogenic factors [1].
