Abstract
The purpose of this study is a development of the new nanocrystalline materials for electronics with characteristic features of simple technology and wide range of properties, that can be changed under the external influence (fields, light, temperature, small pressure, etc.). Carbon nanocomposites are still promising materials and cause a great interest as a native carbon possess polymorphism with a range (particularly electrical one) from wide-gap insulator (diamond) to half-metal graphite.
