Abstract
Mechanochemical activation (MCA) is enough widely used for a solution of many problems connected to a raise as of reactionary ability of reactive components of chemical reactions, and activity or selectivity of catalysts and supports. In most cases the mechanochemical treatment is carried out or in the presence of organic solvents, or in an air. Effects of substances activation which were established besides as a rule are find perfectly truth-like an explanation. In spite of the fact that the anomalous behaviour of substances at a mechanochemical activation them in the presence of water was discovered long before, however, the nature of this phenomenon any sufficiently explanation has not received still. In the present report the results of investigation of the mechanochemical treatment in the different medium on the state and properties of vanadium oxide are given.
