A New Development in Neutron Diffraction: Spin Polarisation Analysis

  • Chapter
Book cover Integration of Fundamental Polymer Science and Technology—5

Abstract

The objective of this presentation is to demonstrate how the use of spin polarised neutrons with spin polarisation analysis allows for a determination of purely coherent scattering in terms of absolute intensity which can be then directly compared with the calculated model scattering curve.
