Stereoregular Interpolymer Complexes

Abstract

Although many papers on interpolymer complexation were published, specific effects of stereoregularity of the complementary chains did not receive much attention. Such effects are to be expected when the interaction per site is weak and consequently a long sequence of interactions is required for a stable complex. This will be elucidated for acid-base, hydrogen bond and Van der Waals interactions.
