Abstract
The quality control method in use at present is to inspect the interim product to determine the standard of the product, and if an inferior product is found the process is corrected or the product is batch-rejected. The cause of the inferior product is then sought. However, with this method action is taken after finding the inferior product, so both the cost of correction and the loss of the batch increase the overall cost.
