Abstract
Immanuel Kant, the famous German Philosopher, wrote that all scientific observations must be shaped by two dimensions of reason: space and time. The domain of time implies an examination of the process of events within a system just as the domain of space involves examination of the magnitude of design. Some necessary linkage between these dimensions must be assumed by the inquiring scientist to sustain a natural order for agricultural development.
