Abstract

2D-finite element model for analysis of thermal and stress-strain state of ceramic thermal barrier coatings (TBC) on the cooled turbine blades allowing for the creep deformation in blade and coating is described. Coating life is estimated according to the criterion of exhaustion of ceramic coating adhesive strength.
