Abstract
In Ch.1 we attempted to corroborate certain points in the statistical theory of nonequilibrium processes using the Boltzmann gas as an example. For the initial equations we took the equation of motion of atoms: the Hamiltonian equations and the relevant equations for the dynamic distributions f (d)(X,t), N(x,t) — (1.2.5), (1.2.1).
