Abstract
In the Introduction we have enumerated the principal topics which constitute the basis of this book. One of these is the formulation and comparison of different criteria of the relative degree of order (chaoticity) in the nonequilibrium states of open systems. Despite the academical and practical importance of this problem there still remains a lot of work to be done. As will be shown presently, a principal the criterion is based on the juxtaposition of the values of entropy and entropy production renormalized to certain conditions. This explains the title and the content of our first chapter. All the main points are listed in the detailed table of contents, which allows us to begin directly with the presentation of the material. It would be natural to start with the definitions and the discussion of the main concepts of the theory of evolution in the open systems.
