Abstract
Some bilinear CDSs in the three-dimensional space can be decomposed into a system involving control in equations for two variables and a differential equation for the third variable not containing the control. Under certain conditions, the investigation of controllability of the system of two equations with control enables us to draw conclusion regarding controllability of the original bilinear CDS in the three-dimensional space. For example, by this method we can investigate the controllability of the CDS governed by the equation.
