Abstract

In this paper we review the most recent studies on the electron-proton beam interactions with the matter and/or radiation. The photon energy spectra from Inverse Compton Scattering (ICS) of an. arbitrary background radiation by relativistic electron beams, the photon energy spectra from proton-proton interactions via π° decay, and the spectra of the secondary electrons from π± decay, for relativistic proton beams are discussed.

The theoretical spectra have been succesfully used to fit the experimental data of Cyg X-l, Geminga, and 3C 273.
