Abstract
It frequently happens that more than one random variable is studied when observations are repeated on the one unit. For example, in the example of Chapter 3, Brownlee et al. measured available dry matter of the pasture and the nitrogen and phosphorus content of the lucerne component as well as live weight. They were interested in the effects of the treatments on each variable and also in the relations among the variables. The latter will be considered here. The method to be used is almost the same as that used for the environmental variables in Chapter 8. However, there are logical differences.
