Abstract
Sampling plans, the subject of this module, may not appear to be a statistical process control technique like the control charts discussed in the other modules. However, just like the problem-solving tools in Module 2 and the quality improvement tools in Module 3, sampling plans are tools of quality to be used in conjunction with the SPC tools of quality.
