Abstract
We have tackled a long-term observational project to derive the photometric and morphological parameters of a large number of early-type galaxies in clusters. Our aim is to identify the effects of environment on the detailed morphology of early-type galaxies. For this purpose, we have obtained V and R images of 90 early-type galaxies belonging to the Perseus Cluster, selected from their redshift and their morphological classification in Kent and Sargent (1983) and in the Catalogue of Principal Galaxies (Paturel et al., 1990).
Based on observations made with the 2-in telescope of Pic-du-Midi Observatory and the Canada-France-Hawaï telescope.
