Abstract

Space Telescope Science Institute (ST ScI) activity in the general area of ‘Digitised Optical Sky Surveys’ (DOSS) is directed, on the operational side, to supporting the use of Hubble Space Telescope (HST) by providing guide stars for pointing and calibrated images for observation-planning, and, on the scientific side, to applying the same resources to selected programs in community service and astrophysics.
