Abstract

Directly measurement of the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the medium of a T-flask demonstrated that the oxygen concentration in the medium had a great effect on the virus production. While a high concentration was necessary for the infection process, this was harmful for production yield. A low concentration of oxygen in the production process was required for a high yield of protein.
