Abstract
In this retrospective study the authors report their cases of metastatic choroidal lesions. The examinations were performed utilizing Standardized Echography. The authors discuss their findings in some atypical cases, such as low reflectivity that can be related to a fast growth of the lesion with a worst prognosis for the patient.
