Abstract
Two cases with carotid-cavernous fistulas have been presented. The general and ocular symptoms were a lot milder in one of them. As the goal was to make cavernous sinus thrombosis, a hypotensive treatment was applied in this particular case. The condition of the fistula was followed by ultrasound during the whole treatment.
