Abstract

The following article discusses the consequences for workable competition in the European market for passenger cars, resulting from the integration process caused by the foundation of the EC. The so-called uneasy triangle of competition policy serves as frame of reference which can be outlined as follows (Kantzenbach, 1967; Berg, 1973).
