Abstract
In Part Two, the main areas of reform in four key sectors of the national economy (industry, energy, agriculture and transport) were discussed. Reform in these sectors constitutes a precondition for implementing sustainable, balanced development in Poland. The main objective of all these reforms is to maximize the efficiency of the Polish economy and to adapt it to the great challenges of the twenty-first century. At the same time, these actions represent very effective measures to protect the environment.
