Abstract
Do not underestimate the achievement of reaching this final step in the Delighting Customers programme. To reach here the organization will have invested an immense amount of time and effort. Throughout the business, and at all levels, the benefits of culture change and the impact of inspirational leadership will be clear. Equally, the organization will have experienced both the pain and the pleasure that we hinted at in the preface.
