Abstract
In various practical situations, the evolution of systems is influenced by the external (with respect to the system under consideration) random medium. For fixed state of the medium, the evolution of the system is completely determined by the internal evolutionary laws, while the quantitative characteristics of the system change in accordance with the changes of the medium. At the same time, the probability laws governing the behavior of the external medium are independent of the evolution of the system.
