Abstract

Renal transplantation is associated with several complications that lead to significant graft loss, patient morbidity and, occasionally, mortality. Among them, vascular complications occur in up to 30 % of the patients (1). The present report studies the renal transplant artery stenosis (RTAS) which is the most frequent vascular complication in renal transplantation (1, 2).
