Abstract
Microscopy is the name given to a group of experimental methods which permit magnification of morphological structures to make details visible.
Keywords
- Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope
- Semicrystalline Polymer
- Amorphous Component
- Crystal Lamella
- Conventional Transmission Electron Microscope
These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
