Personal Rationality

Recently I have discovered that there are two philosophers who use the same name: Sir Karl Popper. One of them is a member of the Vienna circle, let us call him Popper. The second philosopher is a bit reluctant follower of Michael Polanyi. Let us call him Popper. It is quite easy to discern the opinions of those two philosophers. The first one is very fond of logic. The terms ‘logic’ or ‘logical’ used in all kinds of contexts mean something of the utmost scientific value to him. For instance logical analysis is the ultimate means of clarification to him. Probably this is why he never attempted a logical analysis of the term logic in this context.
