Abstract

The physical and chemical properties and processes of clouds are of great interest from a variety of perspectives such as acid deposition, oxidant chemistry, radiative transfer in the atmosphere, and the like. As a contribution to this field of research, this special issue of the Journal of Atmospheric Chemistry reports the results of a joint European field experiment, aimed at the investigation of multiphase cloud processes.
