Abstract
No clear theme distinguishes consultancy in the European Union from national consultancy - it is more an extra dimension to be taken into account when looking at the use of consultancy and its ethical demands and requirements. This chapter highlights some of the differences which apply, drawing on experience of working together in the Union which enables us to learn from each other.
