Abstract

Generally, the work of consulting firms that search for executives implies a direct commitment between the client and the consultant to find a proper candidate for a specific job position. Throughout the process there are various actions that demand a respect for the persons and organizations involved, the firm in search of an executive, the candidate, and the firm where the candidate is currently working.
