Abstract

Textile machines have been rapidly mechatronized in Japan to save labor or improve the productivity and the quality of the fabrics. This trend is also placed in a part of total automation in the weaving factories. In this paper, introducing some examples of the mechatronization of a weaving machine, we consider the problems concerning it.
