Abstract

Ultrasound characteristics of the posterior and peripheral vitreousstructure was evaluated in a prospective study comprising 220 healthy emmetropiceyes from subjects aged 20–80 years. Normative data are given forvitreous detachments, partial and complete, and for giant vitreous lacunas.
