Abstract
We will, as I did in the previous chapter for electrostatic modes, first briefly recall some of the typical electromagnetic waves in ordinary plasmas, before embarking upon the modifications induced by the presence of charged dust. In the following sections, I start with parallel propagation and go then afterwards to oblique and perpendicular modes. In each case, linear modes will be reviewed before going to the nonlinear developments. For electromagnetic modes in magnetized plasmas, only the reductive perturbation scheme is indicated.
