Abstract

Uterine malformations have long been considered as a cause of repeated abortions (Mauriceau, 1865). Recent progress in the field of human reproduction has not led to any major change in the concepts on this subject. After reviewing the basic principal elements of uterine abnormalities, this report will place emphasis on certain aspects of congenital Mullerian anomalies.
