Abstract
The needs for the special math program for the gifted children can be considered from two sides of perspective; personal and national. On the personal side, it would be the satisfaction derived from developing individual’s potentials and interest to the fullest; whereas, developing the children with exceptional aptitude in math by means of compatible curriculum would have a significant impact in the fields of math and science and decisively contribute to the nation’s competitive edge.
